Part 1: The Foundation
This 1st class starts us at the foundation of our earthly experience. Wounds can stem from heartbreak expressed as grief that comes from physical loss of a parent or with grieving the type of parental figure you wish you had. They can be passed down throughout the lineage if not addressed and healed.
